102B Medicaid Fraud

102B Medicaid Fraud is a three day program. This program focuses on four provider fraud subject scenarios: hospice fraud case, pharmacy fraud case, transportation fraud case, and DME/homicide case. It is modeled after the 102A Medicaid Fraud; however it offers more complex investigative and legal issues. The entire program is limited to 40 students. This course is offered once a year. In order to attend the 102B Medicaid fraud training program the following pre-requisites apply: employment in a MFCU for two years or 1 year with the completion of the 101 Medicaid Fraud.
